What we handle
Everything between the date and the last chair.
Any event breaks into four jobs. Most people hire four different companies for them and then spend the month chasing all four. We do all four, under one agreement.
Vendors booked and managed
Venue, catering, DJ, photographer, cake, decor. We hire them, hold them to the timeline, and answer for them. You never get handed a phone number and told to sort it out.
Bounce houses, photo booth and rentals
Inflatable castles for the kids and a lit photo booth with props and backdrop, plus tables, chairs, linens and decor. Delivered, set up, and picked back up after.
Event staff and guest concierge
Servers, setup crew, valet and security for the day, plus transport, lodging and reservations for guests coming in from out of town.

Scope, rentals, staff, vendors and the full price — in writing, itemized, before anyone signs anything.

We book the vendors, lock the timeline and handle the back-and-forth. You approve; you do not chase.

The day itself
We set up, run the timeline and take everything down afterward. Any problem goes to us, not to you.

The things clients actually ask first.
Are you a registered business?
Yes. Blue Carousel LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of California with a federal EIN issued by the IRS. Formation and tax documentation is available on request — some venues ask for it before they let a coordinator work on site.
Do you do social events or corporate events?
Both. Quinceañeras, weddings, baptisms and birthdays on the social side; product launches, holiday parties, meetings and company events on the corporate side. Same discipline either way — only the tone changes.
What area do you cover?
We are based in Los Angeles and serve the Greater Los Angeles area, including the surrounding counties. If your venue is outside that radius, contact us anyway — we will tell you straight whether we can serve it well.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Good venues and good vendors go months out, especially for weekends in spring and fall. That said, tell us your date even if it is close — sometimes we can still make it work, and we would rather say no than promise badly.
How do you charge?
One package price for the whole job, with every line broken out — coordination, rentals, staff and each vendor — so you can see exactly what you are paying for. The full amount is in the written proposal before you sign. We do not add line items after the fact.
Are the rentals included or billed separately?
They are quoted as their own line inside the same proposal, so there is one company to pay and one delivery to coordinate instead of three. If you already have a vendor you like for something, we will work with them.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
We are. The whole event sits under one agreement with Blue Carousel LLC, so there is no gap between the coordinator, the rental company and the crew for a problem to fall into.
